LA designer Michael Schmidt with architect Rose Apodaca will be kicking off the Los Angeles Design Festival with a presentation at LACMA talking about the first fully-articulated 3D printed gown, modeled here with Dita Von Teese.
Personally, I am still wrapping my brain around 3D printing. I remember when my fellow Beatrock Art friends told me about it. Blew my mind that technology like that is near our our fingertips.
