100th monkey
listenin’: “breathe” by mystic
sippin’: fresh buko juice
aromatherapy: golden nag champa
feenin’: for serenity

spearituals delivered again. It was L’s “earth day
and return to Saturn” celebration. You know, I dig
exchanging ideas with L. The man is on some
metaphysical level. I always learn something about
myself or learn to put words to what I believe in. we
talked about his aunt and uncle who studies prahna,
the life force in which all living things possess,
seeing energy, knowing the colors of ones auras, and
harnessing chi.

We talked about how people obtain energy by either
exchanging with god, exchanging energies from one
another, and the most hurtful way, taking and stealing
it from one another.

He asked if I read “the 100th monkey”

I said “no”

He proceeds:

-2 monkey populations are separated by a river.
-They never interact with each other because of this river.
-One monkey on one population figures about using a bone as a tool.
-The knowledge is passed down to each monkey.
-By the time the 100th monkey learns the piece of knowledge, a monkey on the other population across the river figures out the same revelation.

Conclusion: that we as a people are somehow connected
telepathically and that we all go thru the same
journeys finding out the same revelations. In every
culture and in every society, we come to the same
conclusions on certain things; we just express it
differently. Expression different/ message the same.

But it is funny how each culture and society claim
their thought as original.

Then I started thinking about how America is built on
illusions. How people fail to see truths or find truth
to be painful so they project what they want to see by
claiming their perceptions as fact. We are a nation of
people who base their views on assumptions.

funny… that is chapter 4 in the book “the four
agreements”, a book on Toltec wisdom. “don’t make
assumptions.”
