“The Alfie Show”
I’m going to take the time
To write a simple rhyme
That goes with the flow
Called the Alfie show
She’s a hip hop ninja
Artist supreme
Cross her path
And she’ll cut you clean
Don’t mess with this lady
You better come correct
Or just like the Rock
She will break your neck
She’s got fists of fury
To go with her heart of gold
Complicated
But in control
She’s on a journey
Deep within
To discover who she is
And remember where she’s been
God talks to her daily
And she sometimes listens
He hears all her chatter
Her Hopes, her wishes and her ambitions
Her continued faith
Will overcome her doubt
Love, honesty and happiness
That’s what her future’s about
So for all who don’t know
Now you do
Move out the way

Kind of like
Going back to college
And here I am

I hope I interpreted
What she meant properly
Sometimes she responds
Other times she forgets
The purpose for my posts
Are attempts at encouragement
But sometimes my humor
Or my thoughts miss the mark
So she probably thinks I'm some weirdo
You’d find at the park
I think that she is
A one of a kind girl
God broke mold
When she entered this world
It pains me to see her
Question herself
When I believe she's Gods angel
Beyond any doubt
The power within her
Is larger than life
In a world full of darkness
She's a beacon of light
She might think I'm crazy
For taking notice of her plight
Anonymous or not
I think she's alright
