It should be called the woman effect because girls really become women at such a young age while most boys remain boys and never become men. And while they start out as girls, it is as a woman that they really effect change through adopting the responsibilities of life. Most men prefer to stay boys by avoiding responsibility, abandoning their baby’s mamas, playing video games and goofing off.
