i attempted to make chicken katsu
but i realized that i was supposed to use panko and not regular bread crumbs
i didn't know there was a difference
so now i made some dope ass chicken strips
here's the recipe for you:
Chicken thighs, deboned & flattened
Flour
Eggs, beaten (depends how much chicken)
Panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
Oil, for frying
Kikkoman Tonkatsu sauce
Heat oil in pan till hot. Coat chicken with flour, dip in egg batter, roll in panko, fry in oil till golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Slice and dip in katsu sauce.
