ok, monday morning blahs. ((( making face ))) actually, it is not too bad. went to the gym at 530am in the morning. cool to see such dedicated people. it motivated me but apparently my body was having other thoughts. trying to workout ala astral projection is not a good idea! lol.i am sure tomorrow will be a good day.

i have been so burnt out the past couple of days. saturday night blessed me with 12 hours of deep sleep and sunday turned into a 6 hour nap. is that healthy? i certainly hope that it is not fatigue and that i am just merely catching up with sleep that i have been depriving myself with.

red chair lounge was such a great event. i was blessed to share the stage with kat, johneric, doug, irene and jocelyn, and bao phi. awesome awesome talent that continues to inspire me to keep writing and keep bareing my soul.it's odd how i bare my inner thoughts and fears to people, making myself vulnerable. but little do people know how liberating it is which in turn, empower me.
